Pretty place close to the slope. Friendly and client oriented service. Really tasty food at the restaurant. Nice pool area with sauna and hammam. We spent 5 days here with my friends and were so much pleased. If I decide to visit Tsaghkadzor again I will book Teghenis as well.
The hotel is very clean and the style is vintage and facilities are good , the staff are very friendly the room space is big compared to other hotels , the location is amazing, its 10 mins walking from the ski resort . We came during end of December and the snow was everywhere and the weather was good not windy.

The location is absolutely perfect - right next to the ski track, making it a skier's paradise. But it's not just about the location - the vibe of the hotel is truly amazing. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome and at ease. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. And if you're traveling with kids, this place is a dream come true! They have thought of everything to keep little ones entertained and happy. And let's not forget the restaurant - wow! Each meal was more delicious than the last, and the variety of options was impressive. We can't wait to come back to Hotel Taghenis Resort - it's truly a gem! ❤️

I was very disappointed with the receptionist Kristina’s attitude, very rude and not professional behavior. Kindly instruct your employees about how they should welcome and speak with guests. ||The room was quite nice with a beautiful view, but the carpet was dirty!
This resort is located close to cable car and ski area. The rooms are clean and cozy.
Pool water super dirty, changing room shower water cold. No hair dryer in the room. When asked the reception, was told they can’t find one. Will never return. Not recommended.
